The cycle of the butterfly starts of with the egg. The egg then becomes a caterpillar, pupa (chrysalis) and then goes through metamorphosis, and become a butterfly. Butterflies areinsects with large wings, antennas, a head, chest and abdomen. The caterpillar mostly eatsleaves, but some are meat-eaters. Butterflies are everywhere, but are mostly in tropicalareas, such as the tropical rain forest. The Eastern Tiger Swallowtail, Diana Fritillary, ZebraLongwing, and Monarch Butterfly are a few of the butterflies found here in the U.S.
The story I wrote for the kindergarteners is one where they would say certain during it. Forinstance, there is a part in my story where it says I was chewing my bubble gum, at that part thekids would all say, "Chomp chomp chomp." That way all the kids are helping in my story. Thename of my story is Hermy the caterpillar. Hope you like it. =)
One day I was sitting on the fence post chewing my bubble gum "chomp chomp chomp chomp', playing with my yoyo " woo woo". When along came hermy the caterpillar and he was this big!(Reader shows the pointer finger). So I said "Hermy what happened?', and he said,” I ate sixapples", and I said "OH". The next day I walk to Hermes house while chewing my bubble gum,"chomp chomp chomp chomp", and playing with my yoyo,” woo woo". Then out came Hermythe caterpillar and he was in a chrysalis! So I said, " Hermy what happened?” and he said, “I’mgoing through metamorphosis", and I said "OH". Them next day, I was sitting on the fence postchewing my bubble gum," chomp chomp chomp chomp", and playing with my yoyo," woowoo". When along came a beautiful butterfly, and I said," Hermy is that you?", and thebutterfly said, " yep, went through metamorphosis, a site you wouldn’t want to miss, and now I’m abutterfly!"

Follow-Up lesson on Gravity
On Friday we went to our kindergarten class and some good and bad things happened. Firstly, we had all of our supplies ready, and i think the group understood the lesson, which was a good thing. We were all interacting with the kids and making sure that that had fun while they were going through the lesson. Even though the lesson was well planed and taught we had some negative things going on also. The one that really stood out, and was the most important was our classroom management. When we first started going to the kindergarten our management was really good. But as we continued to go, the management slowly began to descend. Our room isn't in terrible shape, but its something that must be fixed before it goes overboard. I hope that we as a group can work on this issue in an effective manner.

Lesson Plan for the kindergarteners.
In the lesson we prepared for class today, I noticed that in the begging of our planning a few people in my group weren't sure of how the lesson is to be taught on Thursday. As a group we explained how we thought the lesson she be taught to our students, and came to a final plan on how it should be done. To make sure next class is successful I plan on going over the lesson again and making sure i understand everything that will be done during the lesson.

Philosophy of Education
A teacher who never gives up on his or her students, and gives them an excellent learning environment, is part of, and one of the most important aspects in a childs years of education and life.
